One tear and I pray

One tear, today I pray more than yesterday and tomorrow I will pray more than today.
It was a sad day, a sad ending, tonight the rain is falling, I tuck away under my pillow my I love yous and keep on my chest my hope. Tomorrow as I wake, I pray again, for a better day, a better future, for fear to leave the heart of my loved one, for doubt to flee the mind of my loved one….
